Cavitator

The technology is based on the principle of hydrodynamic cavitation. It consists of:

  1. A method using the physical (pressure and heat) and chemical forces generated within a liquid body subjected to cavitation to: (i) disintegrate solid particles (coal, minerals, etc..) mixed in the liquid, down to a few microns in size; (ii) reduce plant, plant waste material, and other such organic matter mixed with the liquid, to a uniform paste-like consistency; (iii) create a relatively stable emulsion of the disintegrated solid particles, and of plant and plant waste material within such a liquid; (iv) destroy bacteria present in a liquid medium; (v) others;

    AND

  2. The design and production of devices therefore, applicable to a wide range of uses, both industrial and consumer sized.

Compared with other existing methods that could produce similar results, the above technology is characterized by its high energy efficiency, ease of use, wide-range applicability, and environmental friendliness.

The technology has numerous applications, among which are: (a) production of Water-Coal Emulsion (as liquid fuel); (b) production of Animal Feed from plant and plant waste material; (c) production of Wood Board from wood waste and saw dust, requiring only a negligible amount of additives; (d) paint manufacture; (e) sterilization of water and waste water without the use of chemical or other additives; etc.. Other applications are being developed.
